Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days after credit card authorization and confirmation having been received. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday (excluding public holidays). Shipping can take up to 2 days after fulfillment, customers will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

Handling and Freshness

Sabor a Playa is Mariscos Playa Hermosa’s house brand. All of the mixes and rim dips are made by certified food professionals in a commercial kitchen in accordance with local health guidelines. All products are shipped from Mariscos Playa Hermosa restaurant.

To maintain the freshness of the products, please store the items in the refrigerator right after receiving them. And consume within 3-4 days.

Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Merchandise
All merchandise and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
